Here is a foam roller stretch to use on your glutes. Start out the exercise by sitting on your glutes on the foam roller. Make sure that your abs are tight throughout the entire exercise. Plant both of your feet on one side of the roller. Both of your hands should be placed on the opposite side of the roller. Now move your glutes forward and backward over the roller. Hold each movement for a few seconds.
