The Latissimus Dorsi Massage
To do an exercise for your latissimus dorsi, begin by lying down on your right side. Place a foam roller under your right armpit. Bend your left leg and place your left foot on the floor behind your right knee. Rotate your torso so that the upper part of your back is on the roller. Straighten your arm out on the opposite side of the roller. Now roll back and forth on the upper part of your back for 20 seconds. Switch sides and repeat the movement.
