The Seated Spine Twist
Try this seated spine twist. Begin by sitting with your legs out, straight in front of you. Sit nice and tall with your palms resting at your sides. Keep your abs tight throughout this stretch. Bring your right foot up and plant it flat on the floor just above your left knee. Twist to the right and hold your left elbow on the right side of your right knee. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat the position.

The Back and Shoulder Stretch Using a Counter
Use this stretch to loosen your shoulders and your back. Begin by standing straight, a few feet from a counter, with your feet about 3 feet apart. Grab the counter with both hands and slowly lower your torso towards the floor. Your arms and your torso should be almost parallel to the ground. You should feel the stretch in your shoulders, arms, back and even in your hamstrings and calves. Hold it for 30 seconds and repeat if necessary.
